Proofed

Plans & billing

Proofed pricing (free first order, Starter $10, Studio $29, Pro $59, Scale $99 per month) with included proof orders, overage rates, and feature comparison.

Proofed bills through Shopify's native billing system: charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, with no separate payment setup. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Try it free first#

Before choosing any plan, you can run one complete proof order free: upload proofs, send them, and take a customer through approval end-to-end. The gate only appears when you start your second order.

How usage is counted#

A proof order is an order that has at least one proof uploaded during the current billing month. It's counted once, no matter how many artworks, revisions, or reminders it accumulates: a ten-round revision saga still costs one proof order.

Your billing month starts on the date you subscribed, and the count resets each cycle.

Overages#

Go past your included orders and each extra is billed at your plan's overage rate through Shopify's usage billing, capped at the monthly maximum above, so a busy month can never produce a runaway bill.

Tip:

If you're consistently paying overages, the next tier up is almost always cheaper: 40 extra orders on Starter costs $20 in overage, more than the entire $19 jump to Studio, which also adds branding, white-label emails, custom domains, and kanban.

Changing or cancelling plans#

Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Plans page inside the app. Changes go through Shopify's billing flow and sync back automatically. Uninstalling the app ends the subscription; billing is prorated by Shopify's standard rules.
