From Shopify Apps
When you install one of our Shopify applications, we may collect:

- Order and product data: Information necessary for the app to function (e.g., product variants and quantities for Minimum Order Quantity Manager; order line items and proofs for Proofed).
- Admin user details: Name and email of the installing Shopify admin, as provided by Shopify OAuth.
We only request the Shopify API scopes required for each app's stated functionality.
From Our Website
When you visit lubbelabs.com, we may collect:
- Usage data: Pages visited, referrer URL, and browser/device type via analytics (if enabled).
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, and project description when you submit a quote request.

App data is stored on secure infrastructure hosted on Vercel and/or MongoDB Atlas (where applicable). We retain merchant data for as long as an app is installed. Upon uninstallation, data is deleted within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Our applications and website may interact with:
- Shopify: As the platform host; subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: For hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- Email providers: For transactional email delivery (e.g., quote confirmations).
