Which Shopify plans are supported?
All Lubbe Labs apps work on every Shopify plan, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus.
Do your apps work with headless / custom storefronts?
- MOQ Manager — yes, via the Storefront API and Cart Transform extension (Shopify Plus required for Cart Transform).
- Proofed and Print Price Engine — these use Shopify's App Blocks and require an Online Store 2.0 theme.
Will your apps slow down my store?
No. All storefront code loads asynchronously and is scoped to pages where the app is active. We run Lighthouse audits with every release.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and uninstall the app. Billing stops immediately and you won't be charged again.
Uninstalling removes all app data after 48 hours. If you reinstall within that window, your settings are restored.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — contact us at info@lubbelabs.com within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email info@lubbelabs.com with as much detail as possible — browser, Shopify theme, steps to reproduce. We aim to respond within one business day.
